About The Position

We're looking for a BUSA Service Strategy & Transformation Lead who will own and develop objectives for the strategic roadmap based on opportunities within broader Banking Client Services & Transformation organization. This role involves cross-collaboration with varying business owners, banking product owners and technology business partners to drive innovation, efficiency and deployment of enhancements. The successful candidate will conduct effective resource planning to maximize the productivity of resources (people, technology, etc.), collect and analyze data to make data driven decisions and business proposals for investment(s) and enhancement(s), and develop business case(s) to support initiatives across banking products. Staying abreast of industry research, innovative technologies, efficient processes and competitive landscape is also essential.
