About The Position

The Service Titan and Back Office Applications Manager at Horizon Group Holdings is responsible for managing companywide processes related to data requests for ServiceTitan, ensuring data integrity and consistency across various domains. This role involves overseeing master data requirements, leading data cleansing and migration activities, and serving as a liaison between business departments to maintain ongoing data accuracy. The manager will also educate the organization on the importance of Master Data Management and provide training and support for ServiceTitan users.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Computer Science, or related fields.
  • 2-5 years of ServiceTitan experience in Home Services or a related customer industry.
  • 2-5 years experience in back office financial applications.
  • Experience with Sage Intacct is required.
  • Recent ServiceTitan system implementation and data mapping/transition from legacy systems.
  • Experience working in an inventory-based business required.
  • Experience working with a multi-location, multi brand Private Equity owned business required.
  • Advanced level of proficiency in Microsoft Excel (including pivot tables and lookups).
  • Prior experience or exposure to master data governance and administration.
  • Ability to interact effectively with both business and IT stakeholders to resolve master data-related issues.

Responsibilities

  • Manage companywide processes around data requests for ServiceTitan including Master, Material, Customer, Supplier, Pricebook and other Master Data domains.
  • Ensure integrity and consistency of ServiceTitan enterprise data, supporting secure solutions for sensitive data.
  • Manage master data requirements for ServiceTitan and integrated systems, overseeing data modeling, validation, and hierarchy.
  • Lead data cleansing and migration activities from legacy systems to ServiceTitan for new acquisitions and integrations.
  • Partner with the Operational Excellence team to ensure implementation initiatives meet operational and financial requirements.
  • Serve as a ServiceTitan data liaison, collaborating with business departments to ensure ongoing data accuracy and maintenance.
  • Educate the organization on the importance of ServiceTitan Master Data Management and provide training and support for users.
  • Establish secure controls and serve as ServiceTitan and Sage Intacct admin for the organization.
