We'd love you to become part of our growing team! We are seeking a motivated, results-driven sales professional to join our growing team and build a successful career in Inside Sales. In this role, you will be responsible for expanding an assigned portfolio of existing customers through proactive phone outreach and virtual meetings. You will utilize our structured campaign process to identify customer needs, foster relationships, and consistently achieve weekly sales goals and quotas.

Requirements

  • Two years of inside sales experience.
  • Bachelor's degree is preferred.
  • Desire to excel in a fast-paced sales environment.
  • Ability to connect with various personality types.
  • Service contract product knowledge is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct virtual service product demonstrations and presentations to highlight the features and benefits of our services offered.
  • Handle a high volume of calls, maintain and update accurate records of all sales activities, customer interactions, and internal team progress in our sales CRM system.
  • Prepare quotes, proposals, and close deals to achieve or exceed sales targets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring satisfaction and identifying opportunities for additional sales to meet their evolving needs.
  • Confidently and effectively close sales on the spot after presenting solutions and adding value.
  • Engage customers clearly, persuasively, and actively listen to understand.
  • Provide quick thinking and practical solutions during customer interactions.
  • Thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Utilize CRM systems and sales tools for managing customer information and tracking sales activities.
  • Perform other duties as required.
