Requirements

Ability to read, interpret, and communicate technical information clearly
Strong knowledge of vehicle mechanics, systems, equipment, and related technologies
Required certifications, licenses, and local registrations (compensation based on experience)

Responsibilities

Diagnose Mechanical Issues: Inspect malfunctioning equipment, accurately identify mechanical problems, and develop effective repair plans. Coordinate with the Parts Department, management, and fellow technicians to ensure efficient and high‑quality service.
Perform Repairs & Maintenance: Install new systems or components and complete routine maintenance to keep customer vehicles operating at peak performance.
Support Customer Understanding: Explain diagnoses, recommended repairs, and available solutions to help customers make informed decisions. Troubleshoot concerns and resolve issues promptly to ensure service satisfaction.
Document All Work Performed: Record repair and maintenance activities, note any concerns encountered, and prepare thorough, accurate service reports.
