About The Position
The Service Technician is responsible for performing tasks related to customer service orders for the service and repair of various types of signage and support structures. Primary responsibilities include servicing a range of interior and exterior signs, including but not limited to directional, wayfinding, neon, channel letter, LED message centers, price signs, post & panel signs, and ADA-compliant signs. The Service Technician must prioritize safety, quality, and productivity while maintaining a professional, customer-focused demeanor. Familiarity with installation techniques, construction, and relevant codes is essential.
