About The Position
As an overhead door technician for OGD Overhead Garage Door, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional service to our customers. OGD Overhead Garage Door is a nationwide company that specializes in overhead doors and docks, and we are committed to changing the way garage door companies operate. Our technicians are at the forefront of our mission to deliver superior customer service, and we are looking to expand our team to meet the growing demand for our services. In this position, you will have the opportunity to work independently, with the potential for uncapped earnings. On average, our technicians earn between $80,000 and $100,000 annually, with the highest paid commission in the industry. We provide comprehensive training, so no prior experience is required. After completing our training program, you will be equipped to perform industry-leading garage door repair, installation, and maintenance. You will also be responsible for diagnosing and resolving customer concerns while maintaining superior customer service throughout each job. At OGD, we value our technicians and offer a variety of perks in return for their hard work. This includes weekly commission-based pay on each job completed, with seasoned technicians averaging around $2,000 per week. We also provide a flexible work schedule, paid training, and all necessary tools to ensure your success in this role.
