About The Position

The Service Technician role at OWL Services involves providing field service support for fuel dispensers and point-of-sale equipment. Technicians will be responsible for installation, maintenance, and repair tasks, ensuring high-quality service delivery while maintaining customer relationships. Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience or education in mechanical, electrical, or computer trades.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work in various weather conditions.
• Clean driving record and ability to work safely.
• Capable of lifting and handling equipment weighing up to 75 pounds.

Nice To Haves

• Experience in installation and repair of point-of-sale systems.
• Experience working with Wayne or Gilbarco dispensers.
• Experience with Verifone systems.
• Experience in computer networking.

Responsibilities

• Perform installation and service calls for fuel equipment in a professional and timely manner.
• Complete work documentation for each service call at the time of service.
• Participate in training courses to maintain certifications and keep equipment knowledge updated.
• Act as a resource for customers, providing product support to foster long-term relationships.
• Handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced work environment.
• Communicate effectively in person and over the phone.
