About the position
This is a full-time on-site role for a Service Technician in Columbia, SC. The Service Technician will be responsible for maintenance, repair, troubleshooting, field service, and customer service tasks related to low-voltage systems technology. This role involves regular on-site work to support and maintain various systems.
Responsibilities
- Maintenance and repair of low-voltage systems technology
- Troubleshooting and field service tasks
- Providing customer service related to low-voltage systems
- Supporting and maintaining various systems on-site
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Management, or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of related experience
- Some management/supervisory or lead experience and/or training
- Maintenance & Repair and Troubleshooting skills
- Field Service and Customer Service abilities
- Experience in maintenance of low-voltage systems
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- High school diploma or equivalent

- Certifications in relevant technologies
