Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Proven experience as a service technician or in a similar technical role
  • Strong understanding of mechanical and electrical systems
  • Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Good communication skills and a friendly, customer-oriented approach
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
  • Valid driver’s license

Responsibilities

  • Perform routine maintenance and inspections on equipment to ensure optimal performance
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical/electrical/hydraulic issues quickly and accurately
  • Repair or replace defective parts using hand tools and power tools
  • Maintain detailed service records and provide clear reports to management and customers
  • Communicate effectively with customers to explain services performed and provide recommendations
  • Follow all safety protocols and company guidelines during service operations
  • Collaborate with team members to improve service processes and enhance customer satisfaction
