RV Country is looking for skilled RV Technicians to join our team! In this role, you’ll use your mechanical know-how to diagnose, repair, and maintain RVs, helping our customers get back on the road and enjoy their adventures. If you enjoy problem-solving, hands-on work, and being part of a team that takes pride in quality repairs, this could be the perfect fit for you! This role is part of RV Country’s Traveling Show Team, supporting our sales events across the West Coast. This position is 100% travel, with all work performed on the road at various show locations.

Requirements

• RV Technician experience required
• Current valid driver’s license required
• High school diploma or GED required
• Strong mechanical aptitude with problem solving skills
• Attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
• Good communication skills for working with service advisors, foremen, and team members
• Ability to follow established procedures and safety guidelines

Responsibilities

• Examine and diagnose RV problems.
• Discuss repairs with shop foreman or RV service advisor.
• Communicate additional service requests to RV service advisor.
• Plan work procedures in cooperation with shop foreman.
• Provide labor time estimates to RV service advisor.
• Monitor repair time and update RV service advisor regularly.
• Maintain strict adherence to dealership policies on RV care and operation.
• Complete story and/or documentation for client repairs.
• Attend company and factory training.
