JOB PURPOSE Provide product bench analysis/diagnosis, repairs, and calibrations in support of Sales efforts.

Requirements

  • High School Degree and Knowledge of tools
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Small Electrical repair and diagnostics exp
  • Ability to read and interpret parts manuals
  • Working knowledge of basic test equipment, meters, oscilloscopes, digital multimeters, etc.
  • General working knowledge of computers and Microsoft Office applications.
  • Good mechanical aptitude.
  • Excellent troubleshooting skills
  • Able to lift 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

  • Troubleshooting/repairing/calibration of products.
  • Proper documentation of repairs.
  • Customer interaction regarding repairs.
  • Installs/set up new equipment.
  • Supports Sales.
  • Provides basic customer service via phone/in-person.
  • Assists in Warehouse as needed.
  • Performs other duties as required.
