Requirements

  • Experience in general apartment maintenance or similar trades.
  • HVAC certification required
  • Strong work ethic and flexibility with scheduling.
  • Friendly, professional demeanor.
  • Ability to lift up to 100 lbs., climb ladders, and work indoors and outdoors in all weather.
  • Basic toolset (or willingness to acquire one).
  • High school diploma or GED.
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation with liability insurance.
  • Pass pre-employment maintenance skills assessment, background check, and drug screening.

Nice To Haves

  • Familiarity with Microsoft Outlook and Teams, or OneSite.
  • Bilingual communication skills.
  • Trade school or vocational certification.

Responsibilities

  • Handle maintenance requests like a pro—plumbing, electrical, carpentry, appliance repairs, HVAC, and more.
  • Prepare apartment homes for move-in with quality and efficiency.
  • Maintain the property’s appearance and functionality—from pressure-washing breezeways to ensuring lights are shining bright.
  • Participate in a rotating on-call schedule for after-hours emergencies.
  • Keep safety top-of-mind, stay organized, and deliver top-notch customer service as part of a team.
