At Kairoi Residential, the Service Technician role is a dynamic opportunity to contribute to exceptional living experiences. As the next-in-line to the Service Manager, you will operate daily maintenance responsibilities under their mentorship and direction. This position is crucial in ensuring that residents' homes are well-maintained, the community operates efficiently, and vacant homes are thoroughly prepared for new residents. You will act as a Service Resolution Specialist, promptly and professionally addressing resident maintenance requests and concerns. A significant part of your role involves preparing vacant apartment homes for new occupants and assisting with the organization and inventory of maintenance equipment, materials, and supplies. Regular community inspections and maintaining a clean, debris-free environment are also part of your routine. The role includes participation in an on-call rotation for after-hours emergencies. Furthermore, you will serve as the Service Manager's backup, performing various community maintenance functions when they are unavailable and taking responsibility for service tasks during emergencies or on-call shifts. Maintaining open communication with both the Service Manager and Community Director regarding service and community updates is essential. To enhance your skills, you will assist the Service Manager on special maintenance projects, including preventive building maintenance, mechanical components, and pool equipment and mechanics.
