About The Position

Trolley House Refreshments, a division of Trolley Hospitality Companies, is seeking a Service Technician. This role is crucial for delivering customized snack, beverage, and fresh food solutions to various venues through modern vending and micro-market services. Requirements

• 2+ years working with mechanical/electrical systems, equipment repair, or installation
• Valid driver's license
• Minimum of five years safe driving experience

Nice To Haves

• Customer service experience preferred
• Experience in small machine repair, a plus

Responsibilities

• Responds to dispatch calls for machine repairs using company-owned vehicle.
• Use all senses to inspect the machine to determine root cause of malfunction; dismantle machines to gain access to problem area.
• Troubleshoot/fix various coffee, water, vending machines, coolers, freezers, credit card readers, kiosks, etc.
• Monitor remote systems to determine if equipment (Nayax, Bevi, Avanti, Confection, etc.) needs maintenance and/or repairs.
• Assist with preparing machines for installation at accounts and in installations and removals.
• During service calls, installations, and removals, build a rapport with customers and communicate with them to determine the best way to move equipment in and out of the building.
• Maintain clean and safe work environment within the warehouse and vehicle and at the work site.
