Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • 3+ years of hands-on technical experience (refrigeration, appliance repair, HVAC, military service, etc.).
  • Valid driver’s license with a clean record.
  • Availability for on-call rotations (nights/weekends).

Nice To Haves

  • Certifications (EPA, CFESA) or technical licenses.
  • Experience with commercial kitchen or refrigeration equipment.
  • Independent, self-motivated work ethic.

Responsibilities

  • Diagnose, repair, and maintain commercial cooking, refrigeration, and specialty equipment.
  • Work closely with manufacturers to troubleshoot and resolve issues efficiently.
  • Replace parts, recommend system improvements, and provide excellent customer service.
  • Maintain safety standards, document work, and stay organized.
