Requirements

2+ years of automotive Service Technician experience required
Prior Ford dealership experience required
Strong diagnostic, electrical, and engine repair abilities
Mechanical aptitude and the ability to operate electronic diagnostic equipment
Excellent hand-eye coordination and dexterity
Basic computer skills and strong customer service orientation
Positive attitude, eagerness to learn, and ability to work well within a team
Ability to learn new technology, service procedures, and repair specifications
Valid driver’s license and clean driving record

Responsibilities

Perform work specified on repair orders efficiently and accurately
Test-drive vehicles and utilize diagnostic tools to identify issues
Diagnose, maintain, and repair automotive systems including: Engine Transmission Electrical/Steering Suspension Brakes Air Conditioning
Communicate clearly with the Service Advisor regarding needed repairs and timelines
Execute warranty repairs according to manufacturer specifications
