Requirements

Communication skills, both written and verbal, are essential.
Proficiency in utilizing various tools, including phones and computers, is a must for tasks such as handling service calls, completing work orders, and utilizing on-site training tools, inventory management, and time tracking.
Ability to work independently with little supervision.
The position entails 8-hour shifts with on-call rotations.

Responsibilities

Respond to service calls and dairy emergencies.
Complete scheduled maintenance work orders.
Manage and regulate truck inventory levels to ensure readiness for any situation.
Obtain and maintain all required certifications.
Foster positive relationships with both customers and coworkers.
Communicate effectively with external partners and internal teams.
