About The Position

The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years of previous shop experience, the ability to perform most standard bike repairs with suspension experience being a plus, be familiar with ski/snowboard mounting and tuning, have strong customer service skills, and be able to multitask in a fast-paced work environment. This position may also require time spent on the sales floor.

Requirements

Passion for cycling and snow sports
Self-motivated learner, with a high level of attention to detail and creative problem-solving skills
Experience with mechanical systems present on bicycles and skis.
Ability to correctly use basic tools
Top-notch customer service skills, and ability to always jump in with enthusiasm to help customers
1-2 years of previous shop experience
