Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled, reliable, and experienced Service Technician to join our team. As a Service Technician, you will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining a variety of mechanical and electrical systems. Your attention to detail, technical expertise, and commitment to providing exceptional customer service will be essential in ensuring the smooth operation of our equipment and systems. We are a full-service dealer for Kubota and CHL Forklifts. Qualifications: - High school diploma or equivalent - Certification or associate's degree in a relevant field, such as electronics or mechanical engineering, is preferred - Proven experience as a Service Technician or a similar role - Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems - Proficiency in using diagnostic tools and interpreting technical manuals - Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills - Ability to work independently and manage time effectively - Outstanding customer service and communication skills - Valid driver's license and clean driving record Responsibilities: - Perform scheduled maintenance and inspections on equipment and systems - Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues - Repair or replace faulty components and ensure proper functioning - Collaborate with team members to address complex problems and find efficient solutions - Provide on-site technical assistance and support to customers - Keep accurate records of service reports, parts, and inventory - Offer recommendations for equipment upgrades or modifications to enhance performance and efficiency - Comply with company safety guidelines and regulations - Stay up-to-date with advancements in technology and industry best practices We are looking for a dedicated Service Technician who is committed to delivering top-notch service to our customers. Stooping, crouching, reaching, standing, and walking are occasionally required. Talking, hearing, and seeing with close visual acuity are frequently required. Keying data is repetitive motion and is frequently required. The worker is occasionally subject to noise and to temperature effects when walking through the shop, but this position is not substantially exposed to adverse environmental conditions.
