Requirements

Ford Certification required
Strong diagnostic, electrical, and engine repair skills
Excellent mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting ability
Positive attitude and a team-first mindset
Commitment to continuous learning and adapting to new technologies
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record

Nice To Haves

2+ years of hands-on technician experience preferred
ASE Certification a plus
Prior experience at a Ford dealership is highly valued

Responsibilities

Perform repairs and maintenance with efficiency and accuracy based on repair orders
Diagnose vehicle issues using advanced diagnostic tools and equipment
Repair automotive systems including engine, transmission, steering, suspension, brakes, and HVAC
Communicate clearly with Service Advisors regarding additional service needs and timelines
Execute warranty repairs in accordance with manufacturer specifications
Test-drive vehicles to ensure quality and safety of repairs
