Service Technician ($20,000 Sign on Bonus)

Requirements
- We hire professionals with previous automotive service experience, but we LOVE to train and develop new technicians
- Strong automotive background with experience working flat-rate
- Strong teamwork skills
- Candidate should have tools necessary for the duties of the position
Nice To Haves
- ASE certifications are ideal
- PA state inspection and emissions licenses a huge plus
Responsibilities
- Perform work specified on the repair order with efficiency and in accordance with dealership and manufacturer standards
- Test-drive vehicles, and test components and systems, using diagnostic tools and special service equipment
- Diagnosing, maintaining, and repairing vehicle automotive systems including engine, transmission, electrical steering, suspension, brakes, air conditioning, etc.
- Communicate directly with the Service Advisor so that customers can be informed if any additional service is needed.
- Providing an estimate of time needed for additional repairs
