About The Position
Land Rover Mission Viejo is seeking an experienced Mainline Service Technician to join our high-performing service department. If you are passionate about automotive excellence, committed to precision workmanship, and take pride in delivering exceptional service, we want to hear from you. As a Mainline Technician, you will be responsible for diagnosing, maintaining, and repairing Land Rover vehicles to manufacturer standards while delivering a premium ownership experience to our customers.
Requirements
- Previous mainline technician experience (Land Rover or European brand preferred)
- Strong diagnostic and electrical troubleshooting skills
- ASE certifications preferred (or willingness to obtain)
- Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
- High School graduate or equivalent, 18 years or older required.

Responsibilities
- Perform diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance on Land Rover vehicles
- Utilize advanced diagnostic equipment and manufacturer service information
- Complete warranty and customer-pay repairs efficiently and accurately
- Conduct thorough multi-point inspections
- Maintain detailed and accurate repair documentation
- Collaborate with service advisors and team members to ensure timely vehicle delivery
- Adhere to safety procedures and dealership policies
