About The Position

We are looking for an experienced Service Technician for our residential property, Windsor Estate. Our Service Team contributes a high level of residential property maintenance knowledge and skill to the operation of the property. This position has the overall responsibility for maintaining our apartment homes, common areas and grounds, with particular attention toward efficiency, safety and asset protection. This individual will assist our Service Manager with the responsibility of managing expenses within the allotted budget, preventative maintenance, energy conservation, and ensuring that our residents are provided superior service. Pay commensurate with experience $20/hr. to $27/hr. Requirements

  • At least 3 years prior maintenance experience in a fast-paced residential community
  • Must have experience in painting, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and mechanical systems
