Requirements

• Technical Skills : Basic knowledge of carpentry, plumbing, electrical, and housing troubleshooting and repairs.
• Customer Service : Strong customer service orientation.

• Outdoor Enthusiast : Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions and terrains.
• Learner : Willingness to learning introductory skills in carpentry, electrical work, and plumbing.

• Valid Driver’s License : Must possess a valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Rigging and Maintenance : Set up, tear down, and maintain well site surface rental equipment and housing quarters.
• Installation : Install semi-permanent water and sewer systems.
• Minor Electrical Work : Handle minor electrical tasks related to pumps, vacuums, light plants, generators, and housing units.
• Coordination : Work closely with site supervisors, external vendors, and other company representatives to plan and organize locations.
• On-Site Operations : Participate in on-site installation of well site accommodations and equipment.
• Logistics Management : Monitor and coordinate the logistics and transportation of company assets.
• Team Collaboration : Collaborate with team members in structured work crews.
• Safety Compliance : Ensure adherence to all health, safety, and environmental regulations by completing daily Job Safety Analysis, pre/post-trip inspection reports, and near-miss and hazard reports.
