About The Position

This position involves providing excellent customer service to both prospective and current residents. The Service Technician will utilize their hands-on expertise to diagnose problems and perform assigned repairs across various areas including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, swimming pools, carpentry, drywall, exterior structures, and appliances. Additionally, the role requires promptly and professionally responding to work order requests and inspecting buildings to maintain safety and cleanliness, reporting any issues to the Service Manager and Property Manager. Requirements

  • Minimum 1 year of previous experience in property management maintenance, other building maintenance or related trade is required.
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Organizational and time-management abilities
  • A collaborative, solutions-focused, “can-do” attitude
  • Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation

Responsibilities

  • Diagnose problems and perform assigned repairs in the areas of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, swimming pools, carpentry, dry wall repair, exterior structures, and appliances.
  • Ensures assigned work order requests are responded to promptly and professionally.
  • Inspect buildings to ensure safety and cleanliness, alerting the Service Manager and Property Manager immediately to items that need to be addressed.
