From completing work orders to routine check-ups, you’ll use your hands-on expertise to ensure residents feel proud to call our communities home.

Requirements

Minimum 1 year of previous experience in property management maintenance, other building maintenance or related trade is required.
CPO Certification (desired/required depending on property)
Strong communication and customer service skills
Organizational and time-management abilities
A collaborative, solutions-focused, “can-do” attitude
Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation

Responsibilities

Diagnose problems and perform assigned repairs in the areas of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, swimming pools, carpentry, dry wall repair, exterior structures, and appliances.
Ensures assigned work order requests are responded to promptly and professionally.
Inspect buildings to ensure safety and cleanliness, alerting the Service Manager and Property Manager immediately to items that need to be addressed.
