About The Position

Service Technician – Customer-Focused & Detail-Driven If you’re the type who builds trust quickly, listens first, communicates clearly, and takes pride in helping customers feel confident and taken care of — we can teach you the rest. Experience matters, but your ability to work with customers is what matters most. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys solving problems, explaining options in a clear and respectful way, and creating a positive experience from the first interaction to the final follow-up.

Requirements

  • Comfortable working independently and managing a structured daily route
  • Strong customer service skills — you enjoy working with people and making them feel comfortable
  • Confidence communicating verbally and in writing, including explaining information clearly
  • A positive, professional attitude and strong listening skills
  • Ability to build trust and rapport with a wide range of customers
  • Reliability, accountability, and pride in your work
  • 2+ years of experience in customer service, sales, hospitality, or a customer-facing role (or a combination of education and experience that shows strong people skills)
  • Ability to work in crawlspaces and lift up to 75 lbs.
  • Valid non-probationary driver’s license and safe driving record
  • Ability to understand, speak, read, and write in English

Nice To Haves

  • Knowledge of sales, marketing, or customer service principles is helpful
  • Construction or home services experience preferred; consultative sales experience is a plus
  • Associate or bachelor’s degree preferred, but not required

Responsibilities

  • Complete annual maintenance checks with precision and speed
  • Inspect, maintain, and upgrade waterproofing, foundation, and concrete systems
  • Build strong, professional relationships with homeowners through clear communication and genuine care
  • Listen to customer needs, ask thoughtful questions, and help guide them to the right solution
  • Represent the company with professionalism, integrity, and a customer-first mindset
  • Educate customers on products, services, and next steps in a way that feels helpful—not pushy
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a smooth, positive customer experience
  • Follow up and stay organized to make sure customers feel supported and informed throughout the process
