Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years of hands-on field experience in residential HVAC service
  • EPA Certification (preferred)
  • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
  • Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
  • Strong troubleshooting skills and a “fix it right the first time” mindset
  • Excellent communication and customer service abilities
  • Self-motivated, reliable, and able to work independently

Nice To Haves

  • EPA Certification (preferred)

Responsibilities

  • Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair residential HVAC systems (furnaces, heat pumps, A/C units, etc.)
  • Perform routine maintenance, system tune-ups, and component replacements
  • Communicate clearly and professionally with homeowners about service needs and recommendations
  • Accurately document work performed and maintain organized records
  • Follow all safety and company protocols while keeping a clean, professional work environment
