Requirements

• Proven experience as an automotive technician (3+ years preferred).
• Strong mechanical and diagnostic skills; experience with multiple vehicle brands is a plus (Honda experience is appreciated but not required).
• ASE certifications are preferred but not mandatory.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
• Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record.
• Dedication to providing exemplary customer service.
• High School graduate or equivalent, 18 years or older required.

Nice To Haves

Responsibilities

• Perform advanced diagnostics, maintenance, and repairs on a wide variety of vehicles, following dealer and factory standards.
• Conduct complete vehicle inspections, including brakes, tires, fluids, and other systems.
• Accurately identify mechanical and electrical issues using diagnostic tools and expertise.
• Provide clear, professional recommendations to service advisors and customers.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment while delivering quality workmanship.
