Position Overview We are seeking skilled and reliable Service Technicians to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for installing and repairing equipment for our client. As a Service Technician, you'll provide hands-on service to ensure optimal performance, safety, and satisfaction. Ideal candidates will have a background in troubleshooting, technical knowledge, and excellent customer service skills.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • At least one year of experience with heavy equipment or machinery, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Strong understanding of safety practices and protocols.
  • Ability to lift objects and perform physical tasks as required.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining a safe workplace.
  • Reliable, punctual, and willing to work as part of a team.
  • Able to follow instructions carefully and work accurately.
  • Demonstrated initiative to visualize, organize, manage, and complete projects in individual and group settings.
  • Ability to interface with all levels of staff.
  • Demonstrated ability to handle confidential information.
  • Ability to multi-task while completing work in a competent and professional manner.
  • Ability to lift and move heavy objects.
  • Extended periods of standing and working in an outdoor environment.
  • Ability to operate and handle tools and machinery safely and effectively.

Responsibilities

  • Install equipment, ensuring it meets performance standards and is set up safely.
  • Repair malfunctions in equipment, systems, or machinery to minimize downtime and meet performance goals.
  • Perform routine checks to extend equipment lifespan and improve efficiency.
  • Provide clear and professional guidance to customers, answering questions and resolving issues on-site.
  • Accurately record maintenance tasks, repairs, and equipment conditions.
  • Update service logs and ensure compliance with all procedures and safety standards.
  • Monitor parts and supplies, ensuring necessary components are on hand for quick, efficient repairs.
