The Service Technician plays a critical role in maintaining the physical assets of the property management portfolio, ensuring all units and common areas are in excellent working order. This position requires a strong focus on customer service, timely completion of work orders, adherence to all safety standards, and compliance with property policies. Completes the make ready process on all vacant apartments in accordance with Vidalta’s expectations and within 7 days of vacating. The ideal candidate possesses a wide range of repair skills, a problem-solving mindset, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
