About The Position

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED
• 1+ year experience in: Commercial appliance repair HVAC or refrigeration Military technical service
• Valid driver's license with clean record
• Able to work on-call (nights/weekends) and travel occasionally
• Ability to lift 70 lbs, climb ladders, and work in confined or elevated spaces

Nice To Haves

• EPA certification, CFESA credentials, or similar licenses
• Experience servicing commercial cooking or refrigeration equipment
• Self-motivated and able to work independently

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair commercial kitchen equipment, including: Cooking equipment (grills, fryers, ovens) Refrigeration systems (coolers, freezers) Dishwashing and specialty foodservice systems
• Troubleshoot electrical and mechanical systems
• Work directly with restaurants, hotels, and commercial kitchens
• Use service documentation and maintain accurate inventory
• Follow safety protocols and promote service offerings
