About The Position

Continental Properties is seeking a motivated and empowered Service Technician to join their team at the Springs at Mount Pleasant residential apartment community in Mount Pleasant, WI. The role involves providing exceptional customer service and personal attention to residents, addressing their service needs, and assisting with facility operations. The Service Technician will report directly to the Service Supervisor.

Requirements

  • Experience in manual labor or related field
  • Ability to work overtime and on call/non-traditional schedule including some weekends and holidays
  • Ability to occasionally bend, stoop, and stretch
  • Ability to independently lift, carry, push, pull, or maneuver up to 100 pounds, and up to 250 pounds with assistance
  • Ability to use technology such as computers, tablets, telephone, and other office equipment

Responsibilities

  • Prepare apartment homes for rent by performing various repairs in HVAC, electrical, plumbing, pool, carpentry, dry wall, building exteriors, painting, and appliances
  • Provide direct support to your Service Supervisor
