About The Position

Duties and Responsibilities: Visit customer locations on a regular schedule and perform planned and unplanned in-home window or sash replacements and repairs. Check window/sash installations to ensure proper operation, cleanliness, and customer satisfaction Manage all on site installation, repair, maintenance and test tasks Diagnose errors or technical problems and determine proper solutions Produce timely and detailed service reports Document processes Operate vehicle in a safely manner and use field automation systems Must be able to travel over night Follow all company’s filed procedures and protocols Cooperate with technical team and share information across the organization Comprehend customer requirements and make appropriate recommendations/briefings Build positive relationships with customers

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred but not required
  • Must have a valid driver’s license and a clean driving history.
  • Minimum of one (1) year experience in window & door manufacturing or related field preferred but no required.
  • Possesses the ability to understand and communicate clearly.
  • Demonstrates a high degree of attention to detail
  • Possesses a high degree of organizational skill and has the ability to plan and coordinate.
  • Must be able to lift 60 pounds
  • Must be able to stand for long periods
