As a Service Technician you will be responsible for diagnosing, maintaining, and repairing a variety of vehicle makes and models. Your primary focus will be ensuring vehicles are serviced correctly and efficiently while adhering to manufacturer guidelines and safety standards. Key Responsibilities Perform accurate diagnostics, maintenance, and repairs on vehicles following manufacturer specifications. Utilize advanced diagnostic tools and technical resources to troubleshoot issues effectively. Stay current with technical publications, service bulletins, and manufacturer updates. Complete all repair orders and documentation accurately, ensuring compliance with company and manufacturer requirements. Inspect vehicles for additional service opportunities based on factory recommendations. Maintain a clean and organized workspace, ensuring tools and equipment are properly used and stored. Follow all safety procedures and guidelines to maintain a secure working environment. Participate in ongoing training and certification programs to enhance skills and stay up to date with industry advancements. Work efficiently to meet service department productivity goals.
