About The Position

We are looking for a skilled Service Technician with at least 3 years of hands-on experience in HVAC, plumbing, or mechanical systems to join a growing team in New Jersey. If you enjoy solving problems, working independently, and delivering excellent service to customers — this role is for you.

Requirements

• 3 + years of field experience in HVAC, plumbing, or mechanical services
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and manage workload
• Good communication and customer service skills
• Valid driver’s license

Nice To Haves

• Experience with quoting, pricing, or warranty processes
• Experience mentoring junior technicians
• Familiarity with service management systems (e.g., Knowify)

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair HVAC, plumbing, and mechanical systems
• Handle service calls independently from start to finish
• Troubleshoot technical issues and provide effective solutions
• Communicate clearly with customers and internal teams
• Maintain tools, equipment, and service vehicle
• Accurately log service activities and time
