Requirements

This is a sales-driven role—initiative and self-motivation are required
If you don’t have a job scheduled, you are expected to market and prospect for new work
Strong attendance and dependability—our customers rely on us
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions
Comfortable with ladders (most work is 1–2 stories)
Ability to lift 25 lbs regularly and perform physical work throughout the day
Clean, professional appearance (no facial tattoos while representing the company)
Valid driver’s license with a good driving record

Responsibilities

Clean interior & exterior windows
Perform gutter cleaning and minor repairs
Soft wash houses, decks, and patios
Power wash various surfaces
Install holiday lighting
Provide friendly, professional customer service
Prepare simple estimates and follow up with customers
Actively market Rigdon’s services to storefronts and businesses when not assigned to a job
Identify sales opportunities and help generate new work
