About The Position
Job Summary – Service Technician This role is responsible for installing, servicing, troubleshooting, and analyzing equipment and systems for most farm environment. The position requires hands -on technical work and ongoing development. The technician works directly with customers to ensure reliable equipment performance, strong communication, accurate documentation, and a high level of service. The role also supports equipment sales, service contracts, and proper representation of the company while maintaining professionalism, teamwork, and attention to detail. Training is provided through a company -sponsored program, and the position involves managing tools, vehicles, inventory, and required paperwork while collaborating closely with fellow technicians and internal teams.
