As a Service Technician at our car wash, you will be responsible for maintaining and repairing car wash equipment to ensure optimal operation. Your role includes troubleshooting mechanical and electrical issues, performing routine maintenance, and ensuring a smooth, efficient customer experience. You’ll work closely with the management team to keep the car wash running safely and effectively, contributing to a clean and reliable service for all customers. Requirements

  • Create a positive & productive wash culture through leadership, attitude and effort
  • Ensure excellent wash quality through maintenance, repairs, and communication
  • Build positive relations and experiences for all customers and Team Members
  • Lead by example with a positive attitude and strong work ethic
  • Support, train, mentor and grow current and future Service Technicians, Managers and Team Members
  • Strive for excellence in all that you do

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for all aspects of site maintenance and Service Request completion
  • Preventative maintenance on wash equipment, building, and site
  • Documentation of service, preventative maintenance, and corporate credit card expenditures
  • Part sourcing and ordering
  • Special projects
