What we OFFER: Weekly Pay & Paid Training Medical, Dental, Vision Insurance Health Savings Account Short- & Long-Term Disability Company Paid Life Insurance PTO including vacation, sick and holiday Matching 401(k) & ROTH IRA Company Truck, Gas Card, Tablet, and Uniforms On-going training & development Plus growth opportunities What you will DO: • Clean, adjust, and repair HVAC systems, including air handling units, ductwork, vents, and condensation drainage• Troubleshoot HVAC systems and equipment to diagnose issues• Perform emergency repairs promptly and efficiently• Ensure compliance with appliance standards and Occupational Health and Safety regulations• Track HVAC repairs and work completed in trade software (Service Titan)• Engage with customers to inform them of issues, solutions, and outcomes, and recommend products/services for optimal system performance
Requirements
- 2+ years HVAC service experience
- Must be 21 or older
- Eligible to work in the US
- Valid US Driver’s License with a satisfactory driving record
- Willingness to submit to a pre-employment drug test and background check
- Good work ethic and willingness to learn new methods.
- Physical dexterity/Ability to work outdoors
- Ability to handle heavy equipment
