In this role, you’ll be responsible for the retention of our customers and to reduce the amount of callbacks by completing all stops assigned to them. Requirements

No prior pest control experience required - paid training and licensing provided
Great communication and problem-solving skills
A strong work ethic and a team-first attitude
Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
Must be able to pass a background check

Responsibilities

Inspecting premises for signs of pests, including identifying sources of infestation and potential entry points while wearing a backpack sprayer
Determining the appropriate treatment methods, such as applying pesticides, setting traps, or using baits, and selecting the correct tools and equipment
Applying pesticides accurately and safely, following instructions and taking necessary precautions adhering to safety protocols, wearing appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE), and handling chemicals responsibly
Communicating with clients, explaining treatments, answering questions, and addressing concerns
Driving company vehicles, cleaning work areas, and assisting with other administrative tasks
Work closely with teammates and other departments to keep things running smoothly
Ensure every customer experience is a great one
