The Residential Service Technician’s primary functions and responsibilities are troubleshooting, configuring, reconstructing, and programming existing security and site automation solutions. This role is a troubleshooter and service expert responsible for alleviating customer concerns regarding security systems, advising customers and the customer care center on system status, and processing inspections.
