About The Position

Our Stillwater Culligan dealership is actively seeking a Service Technician with a strong mechanical aptitude, coupled with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for installing, servicing, and repairing residential water treatment equipment. Requirements

  • Mechanical aptitude and superior problem-solving skills.
  • High motivation to complete assigned tasks efficiently and effectively.
  • Ability to solve problems quickly and efficiently, critical thinking being a key requirement for this role.
  • Capability to work under deadlines and in physically demanding conditions (ability to move products weighing up to 185 lbs).
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • At least 1 year of working experience in a customer service or customer-focused position.

Nice To Haves

  • 1 year of prior plumbing and/or water conditioning service/installation experience.

Responsibilities

  • Represent Culligan professionally within the community, ensuring a safe and positive image.
  • Service, install, and repair residential and commercial water treatment equipment.
  • Exceed customer expectations by going above and beyond to meet their needs.
  • Promote and sell various Culligan products and services.
