Position Overview
As a Field Service Technician, you’ll be the face of our company delivering top-notch service, repairs, and installations directly to our customers. Your work will help us maintain high customer satisfaction, encourage repeat business, and grow our reputation for quality craftsmanship.

Requirements

• Proven field service or related trade experience
• Ability to assess, repair, and service residential exterior products
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
• English literacy and good communication skills
• Familiarity with mobile tools and applications
• Valid driver’s license

Responsibilities

• Provide service and customer support during field visits and dispatches
• Manage on-site installation, repair, maintenance, and testing of products

• Complete field assessments and document findings
• Produce timely, detailed service reports
• Follow all company procedures, safety protocols, and quality standards
• Operate company vehicle safely and use mobile field tools effectively
• Collaborate with the technical team and share information as needed
• Build and maintain positive customer relationships
