About The Position

The Service Technician at HSG Tech Inc. is responsible for the installation, maintenance, and service of machinery, particularly in the laser cutting machine industry. This role requires collaboration with various internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and adherence to safety and quality standards. The technician will also provide training to new team members and conduct routine service visits to clients.

Requirements

• Associate degree or above in mechanical, electrical, or related fields preferred.
• More than 2 years of service experience in the laser cutting machine or related industries.
• Strong execution ability and team spirit with the ability to withstand pressure.
• Good service mentality and patience in communication.

Responsibilities

• Proper machinery installation and accessory management.
• Optimize work order organization and safe tool use.
• Demonstrate understanding of expense reimbursement documentation and customer service evaluations.
• Partner with internal teams such as Sales, Marketing, Finance, Customer Service, and R&D to support stakeholder objectives.
• Ensure on-time completion of equipment installation, commissioning, and maintenance tasks following safety and quality guidelines.
• Analyze and find root causes of maintenance impediments, debug system errors, and propose system improvements.
• Participate in and prepare company-held trainings regarding technical processes and technician job duties.
• Conduct monthly customer visits for routine service maintenance and promote related value-added services.
• Provide one-on-one training and guidance for newly hired service team members.
