About The Position
Beztak, a national Real Estate Development, Construction, and Property Management company, is seeking to hire a Service Technician to join our team in Casselberry, FL. This position is integral to ensuring that the property, grounds, and equipment are safe, orderly, and visually appealing. The Service Technician will perform various duties such as building repairs, snow removal, and groundskeeping to provide residents with a clean and well-maintained living environment. The role requires a sense of urgency to ensure all service requests are responded to promptly, maintaining high standards of service and care for the property. In addition to performing repairs, the Service Technician will be responsible for inventory management and overseeing the cleanliness and orderly manner of the maintenance shop. This includes maintaining and caring for equipment necessary for its continuous operation and completing emergency repairs as required to prevent damage or deterioration. The technician will document the replacement of appliances, carpet, vinyl, water heaters, condensers, and other major repairs, as well as track systems repairs and apartment painting. Notably, the technician will also note building deficiencies or needs to the Supervisor in writing, ensuring that all issues are communicated effectively.
