About The Position
This position involves performing basic work using clearly prescribed procedures. The role includes responding to customer requests for service, informing customers of needed repairs, and ensuring customer satisfaction with completed work. Responsibilities also include disconnecting service as necessary, performing collection efforts on delinquent accounts, and installing and operating Wireless Meter Reading (WMR) equipment. The position requires assisting with activities related to natural gas and other emergencies, maintaining accurate records and reports, and may involve reading meters for billing purposes.
