About The Position
The Residential Service Technician is responsible for troubleshooting, configuring, reconstructing, and programming security and site automation solutions. This role involves servicing fire and carbon monoxide detection systems, networking, hosted video solutions, and access control, while ensuring effective communication with central monitoring systems. The technician is also expected to provide excellent customer service, helping customers understand and fix issues related to their home security systems.
