About the position
The Service Technician at Todco Beverage, LLC is responsible for performing scheduled and reactive service on all equipment within their designated territories. This role includes participating in an on-call rotation and ensuring that all work orders are completed efficiently and to company standards. The technician will also manage their vehicle's inventory and communicate effectively with supervisors and customers.
Responsibilities
- Complete all scheduled and reactive work orders assigned.
- Continually stock the service vehicle with necessary parts and tools.
- Participate in an on-call rotation schedule set by management.
- Handle all paperwork required for each work order.
- Communicate and collaborate with supervisors and managers regarding any issues that arise.
Requirements
- Ability to troubleshoot and diagnose problems effectively.
- Knowledge of electrical, mechanical, and pneumatic schematics and diagrams.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to create and meet deadlines.
- Self-management skills and ability to work independently.
- Clear and effective communication with vendors, customers, and team members.
- Experience using phone and computer systems and software.
Nice-to-haves
- Experience in customer service roles.
- Familiarity with automotive diagnostics.
