About The Position
The Service Technician position at Restaurant Technologies involves installing and maintaining products in a safe, timely, and accurate manner. The role requires meeting operational goals and timelines, complying with internal processes and local regulations, and maintaining proper parts and supply levels in service vehicles. Technicians will communicate with customers to ensure product performance meets expectations and will utilize iPhone apps for various functions. The schedule is Wednesday to Saturday from 6 am to 4 pm, with occasional overnight work based on customer demand. The position may also include responsibilities related to delivery service, ensuring compliance with regulations and maintaining a clean Commercial Driver's License.
